Should contamination be found on the Subject Property, some form of Phase III services may be necessary. A Phase III evaluation may consist of site clean-up or Risk Assessment in order to aid the property owner in cost-effective remediation efforts. HES's professional staff and services can develop a strategy for site utilization and/or potential environmental remediation or clean-up.
